How do I create an account?

How long does it take to open an account?

Generally we will approve your account the same day we receive your application, or the next available working day.

How do I log in?

We will send you an email with a link to set up your login and password

What are your shipping costs?

Auckland: $7.90

North Island:  $12.10

South Island:  $19.20

Please select the appropriate shipping charge for your location, at checkout.  If this is overlooked, the appropriate charge will be added when we produce the invoice.

How long will delivery take?

We use NZ Couriers for our shipments and shipping times are dependent on your location.  A guide, from the day of dispatch from our premises, is as follows: 

Auckland 1-2 working days
North Island 2-3 working days
South Island 3-4 working days

I have received a wrong item

If you are returning something that you ordered in error, or no longer require, we ask you to mail the item back at your expense. If you need to return something that we sent in error, we will mail you a return label or arrange a pick-up at our expense
