1. Transaction Currency and Pricing

All transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All prices are exclusive of GST. GST will be added at checkout.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is charged depending on your location. We use NZ Couriers for our shipments. Orders are dispatched from Auckland and delivery times are 1-4 working days depending on location.

In the event the Shipping Rate selected at Checkout is incorrect, the correct rate will be applied on the final Invoice.

Shipping Rates are per parcel to a maximum size of 0.055m3 and are capped at a maximum weight of 23 kg/parcel.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made either by Internet Banking/Direct Credit or by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard). Customers with accounts must pay by the 20th of the month following the invoice date.

If payment is overdue, a 10%, or minimum $30, Late Payment Fee may be applied to the account.

We reserve the right to deny credit and may request payment in advance of the product being dispatched.

If we have to pursue collection activities against you for any reason, you will be billed applicable finance charges. You will also be responsible for any lawyers fees or collection costs incurred during collection activities.

5. Returns and Refunds

All returns must be received within 30 days from date of invoice. If you are returning something that you ordered in error, or just don't want, we ask you to mail the item back at your expense. If you need to return something that we sent in error, we will mail you a return label or arrange pick-up at our expense.

Credits & Refund amounts will be credited to your ProExcel Dental account and automatically applied to your next order. Due to the high cost of processing credit card transactions we are unable to refund credits to your credit card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no, or only partial, refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
